Consequences of withdrawal
In the event of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received, including delivery costs.
The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- individually manufactured goods
- sealed hygiene articles after opening
- digital content after the start of execution
Language versions
In case of discrepancies between the language versions, the German version shall prevail.
