SUNSHARE: Authorization for Germany
Golden Touch GmbH is authorized by SUNSHARE TECH DE GMBH in Germany as an Authorized Agency of Sunshare Products, according to the present authorization proof. The authorization refers to the Sunshare Glory & Ray Series and is valid for the period from June 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026.
On this basis, Golden Touch GmbH offers selected SUNSHARE solutions related to balcony power plants and storage systems to customers in Germany via GTVOLT.
SERAPP: Authorization for Europe
Golden Touch GmbH is authorized by Seraphim Application Technology (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. as an authorized distributor for the company's products in the Europe Region, according to the present Distributor Authorization Certificate. The authorization is valid for the period from July 1, 2025, to December 31, 2026.
According to the available proof, this authorization includes the right and obligation to develop the market for the corresponding products in this region and to uphold the legitimate rights and interests of the company within this region.
