Our offer is aimed at both consumers (§ 13 German Civil Code (BGB)) and entrepreneurs (§ 14 BGB).
2. Formation of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer.
By clicking the order button, the customer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
The contract is concluded only through our express order confirmation or the dispatch of the goods.
3. Prices and Payment Terms
All prices include statutory VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Additional shipping costs will be shown separately.

Entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB are not granted a voluntary right of withdrawal.

6. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
7. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply.
8. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence.
In cases of simple negligence, we are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to foreseeable damages.
The limitations of liability do not apply in cases of injury to life, limb, or health.
9. Intellectual Property / Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this website, in particular texts, images, logos, graphics, videos, product descriptions, designs, as well as trademarks and other content, are protected by copyright or trademark law.
Use, reproduction, distribution or commercial use without the prior written consent of Golden Touch GmbH is prohibited.
Affiliate partners may use provided advertising materials exclusively within the scope of the respective affiliate program.
All mentioned brands and product names are the property of their respective owners.
10. Use of the Website
The use of our website is permitted exclusively for lawful purposes.
In particular, it is prohibited to:

11. Customer Account
Insofar as customers can create a customer account, they are obliged to treat their access data confidentially.
12. Bonus Programs and Affiliate Systems

14. Applicable Law

16. Final Provisions
Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
17. Language Versions
In case of discrepancies between the language versions, the German version shall prevail.
