GTVOLT – Shipping Conditions

Shipping within Germany

We ship our products exclusively from our warehouse in Germany.

Delivery is currently available within Germany and – for selected products – to Austria. The availability of individual shipping methods may vary depending on the product and delivery address.

Delivery Time

Unless otherwise specified in the respective product description, delivery will take place within 1–7 business days after order receipt.

For products with a different delivery time, this will be indicated directly on the respective product page.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated during the order process based on the delivery address, product type, size and weight of the shipment, number of packages, and the selected shipping method.

The applicable shipping costs will be transparently displayed to you in the checkout before completing your order.

Local Delivery (Düsseldorf Area)

For customers in the Düsseldorf area, we offer a local delivery service – depending on the delivery address.

Whether local delivery is possible will be automatically displayed during checkout.

After receiving your order, we will contact you by phone or email to arrange a suitable delivery date.

Self-Collection

For selected products, we offer the option of self-collection.

The availability of collection will be displayed in the checkout. Collection is only possible by prior appointment.

Shipping Service Providers

Depending on product size and delivery address, shipping is handled by GLS, DHL, or a suitable freight forwarding partner for particularly large or heavy shipments, among others.

Delivery in Multiple Packages

Large balcony power plants or complete systems can be delivered in multiple packages, depending on the configuration. This serves to ensure safe and reliable transport of the individual components. If your order is delivered in multiple shipments, you will not incur any additional shipping costs, unless otherwise stated in the checkout.

Shipping of Battery Storage Systems

Battery storage systems are subject to special shipping conditions due to legal transport regulations. In individual cases, this may slightly extend the delivery time. We will, of course, inform you if there is a delay.

Tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number, so you can track the delivery status online at any time.

Goods Acceptance

Please check the goods immediately upon receipt for obvious transport damage. If damage is found, we kindly ask you to note it with the delivery person directly if possible and contact us promptly. This facilitates quick processing of your request.

Delivery Restrictions

Currently, we only deliver to addresses within Germany and – for selected products – to Austria.
